I didn’t rush into our purchase and waited a couple months until they could find the exact Certified Pre-Owned Volvo for which we were looking. The day after we left, we noticed a couple items that needed to be fixed; they honored the fact that we had it less than a day, and are fixing it this week. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I bought a used Volvo 8 years ago from a non-Volvo dealership; and it came with a myriad of issues. I feel confident that doing my research, purchasing from a Volvo dealership with the 100k mile warranty, and trusting the staff to do the right thing is the way to earn a lifetime-customer. More

When we arrived at the dealership he had the vehicle waiting up front and was very patient and pleasant as he answered our questions and took us on a test drive. We sat down to go over numbers and it was a very easy, low pressure experience. Ed and the manager, Jeremy, presented us a great deal and were willing to go above and beyond for us. Although they were giving us a great deal, I ultimately decided to buy a different vehicle somewhere else that I had looked at previously.
