Best car buying experience I've ever had I don't write reviews, but... I need to say tho that Robbie made my experience great. We werent planning on buying a new vehicle, but my fiance got a great job 4 hrs away and we needed something fast. Like this weekend fast with no notice so I was already pretty stressed going in. However, Im happy to say the process was painless! I never felt pressured for addons and I got exactly what I had set my heart on despite a few unexpected circumdtsances :) The car i was scheduled to see on Saturday morning was unexpectedly sold late the night prior so I was bummed knowing I wanted my Volt fully loaded, but Robbie was able to get me exactly what I was looking for shipped in from Cali. I had to get a rental for a couple days, but when shipment was delayed he offered to reimburse me the cost and even picked me up at the Entetptrise. We were even offered a gift card for dinner for the long wait on a Saturday. It was Truly a great experience and when we are ready to trade in we know exactly where we are going. We definitely reccomend Robbie and Jeremy. They are super easy to talk to, pleasant people. And they made a generally not so fun experience a pleasure. It was actually and enjoyable experience. I had one day to shop and 5 dealerships to visit. I applied online the night before with Courtesy Volvo in Scottsdale and Scott Ogdie called me the ne I had one day to shop and 5 dealerships to visit. I applied online the night before with Courtesy Volvo in Scottsdale and Scott Ogdie called me the next morning. I told him my credit situation, what I had to put down, my payment range, and if he could get me approved over the phone I'd make the trip to see him. He called me back within 30 minutes and assured me I could get the car. Scott did the majority of the work before I even got there. I was at the dealership maybe and hour and a half. I'm glad I met Scott Ogdie, he's personable, quick and very knowledgeable . But more important is that he listens and actually does what is best for the buyer. The car was out front waiting for me. After driving it Scott had it detailed while the finance manger worked my deal while I relaxed in probably the most comfortable showroom lobby I've ever been in. Then I finished up with the finance manger Jason Moroso who was the most personable person in that position I have ever met. He was relatable and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Then I drove away in what people think is a new car when in fact it's a 2014 with an amazing warranty and all the security that comes with a GM vehicle. Courtesy Volvo is part of the Courtesy Automotive Group and there is a lot peace in dealing with that brand. They have an amazing inventory of preowned vehicles that overshadows other dealerships. Thanks to my service advisor, Brian Lawrence, and my mechanic, Vince. Sr. for such great service and care. Both men know how much I value quality service and how dependent I am on my vehicle. The most important thing is that both Brian and Vince, Sr. understand that I know my car and how it should operate so when I bring it in for an unscheduled check, they know something's wrong and do everything they can to resolve the issue quickly and for a reasonable price.
