Brian Lawrence is the definition of Great Customer Service, he always helps me and does what is best for me and always goes above and beyond. He always makes me feel that i matter and he appreciates my business. This is only the second time I have been to Courtesy Volvo and they will definitely be my "go-to" dealer. I had used Volvo at Tempe before and didn't trust them, when a dealership opened in Gilbert where I live I was thrilled not having to drive to Tempe but to my BIG disappointment I found out the Tempe Crew had moved to Gilbert and closed the Tempe location. Needless to say I would much rather drive the 1/2 to Scottsdale to have Brian look after my car than to set foot in Volvo of Gilbert. More
