After leaving the dealership without making a decision, my wife and I decided at 8:30pm that the vehicle we we're looking at was the one. So I contacted Ed Himes and he said sure thing first thing in the morning we will meet and get this done. I explained that we needed to make it happen tonight fully knowing that they were already busy and closing at 9pm. He said finance had someone in the office right now and someone else waiting. So I said I guess that makes us third then. He said I guess it does come on back to the dealership and we will get this done. A Real Service Department I want to personally thank Jud and all the people in Service Dept for taking the time and finally fixing the C30 that I was purchasing. I was extremely pleased that they took the time and figured out the real problem, not do what the other dealer did and through new parts on it. The team at Courtesy took the time and drilled down all possibilities until they found the small pressure sensor in the AC system that was the problem. This is what I call truly exceptional work, taking the problem from someone else and figuring it out. Although this dealership has only been open for 2 months, they are well on the way to making a real name for themselves. Keep up the great work and I look forward to working with you again. More
