Always good I don’t know what to say, really...the service is just like the car...it’s just done well. It’s a normal waiting room with snacks, though there is a I don’t know what to say, really...the service is just like the car...it’s just done well. It’s a normal waiting room with snacks, though there is a small room suitable for work. Husband said it was better than his office. Service is displayed on a time board and the bays are visible...husband remarked “God, it’s always so CLEAN back there. I’ve never seen a service department so clean before.” The work is always done and the prices aren’t unreasonable. When the bill came, the husband said “That’s not as bad as I thought it’d be”. When we were on our way out, he kept the comments coming...”Theyre so personable, like old friends...how often ARE you here?!” Husband has also been driving chevys. Poor husband. (Slowly but surely, They’re repairing him too.) More

Promises with NO delivery So we bought a car from them for our daughter. We got add ons to include tint and a spare key as it was a used vehicle. The don't part was fine but the spare key was a nightmare. They told us they would come to our house to get us a spare key. Not the case. We we're told we had to meet them somewhere in town on their schedule and not ours. Not what we were promised. Then after the runaround there we contacted our salesman who basically said they held up their end of the deal and not their problem. After contaxting the sales manager which I got the run around there also they finally agreed to refund the money for the key. I was told to come by the dealership to pick up a check which naturally was not there. Waste of 30 miles of driving. Then was promised it would be mailed and after two weeks it finally showed up. Was was even better was I got the key from a Chevy dealer for 1/3 the price they were charging me showing how much they over price their add ons. I am getting ready to buy another vehicle but it will not be from them and I don't recommend anyone going to them. More

Our salesperson, Zach, the general manager, (sorry, do not remember names) and the financial manager, were all professional, transparent and went the extra mile to get us the best deal possible. Plus, they all worked together WITH us to make sure we were fully informed. No waiting around for the manager to make a “decision.” I highly recommend this dealer and the staff as the total car buying experience was phenomenal. More
