They were willing to negotiate my trade in which was awesome. The whole process was great. Now, they are some things I did not care for. The price online was 6,750 with no mention of the ~2,500 of additional add-ons, at least put some fine print on website. The other big thing for me was when explaining add-ons, the salesman mentioned that nitrogen in tires is something arizona requires. After doing some quick research I found no such thing, I could be wrong but nothing came up. The salesman WAS willing to negotiate those add-ons but I did not appreciate that. Also, when asking if I could fill up tires at dealership when low, mentioned I could just fill up with regular air anywhere, then why am I paying for nitrogen? Again, just some things that bothered me, but other than that, great experience. More

They stand behind their work Their customer service in the service department is outstanding. My Volvo's overhead lights stopped working and I brought it in for a fix. They found Their customer service in the service department is outstanding. My Volvo's overhead lights stopped working and I brought it in for a fix. They found a short, replaced a fuse, and all seemed well. The lights stopped working again about 2 weeks later and I brought it back. They spent 2.5 days following every possible connection, even through the headliner, to ensure they finally fixed it. I appreciate that they went above and beyond, and for no charge. These guys really stand behind their work. More
