Dealerships are all the same and play the same games. Just when you hope you found a place that may be different. They pulled the same stuff. This isn't a comment on the people. It's really just an issue of the sales tactics dealerships employ that are dishonest and not in good faith negotiation. Luckily as a consumer I get to choose where I spend my money and I'm happy to say I found a Volvo at another dealership who didn't play games. This review was made at the end of 2022 and I expect tactics will change as the market continues to shift as dealerships will be fighting for every sale. More
