Armand took care of business. Came to this Volvo dealer and left with a used Chevy Cruze. Decided to get the warranty and was glad I did when it threw a code 2 days after I got it. I talked to Armand and he took care of everything. Catalytic converter was on back order, but Armand kept me informed and up to date until it came in. As soon as it came in, Armand sent someone to pick up my car while I was at work and dropped off a loaner for me to use. He even took my car to the emissions center after the work was done. When I got it back, I had a wobble in the steering wheel that wasn't there before, and Armand gave me 2 new tires! I've never been taken care of this well at a car dealership. I'd recommend taking any vehicle here for service, not just Volvo. More

We registered online for the program and got a phone call from Courtesy immediately, followed up with a call and an email from Kameron, our sales rep. When we got there, Kameron, he greeted us and we went on a test drive. We sat down to hammer out a few details and after just a bit over 2 hours, we were signing documents and handed the keys to the car by Drew, who.introduced us to the Volvo Service Contract. We were given adequate to research and review the program and did not feel the pressure to purchase the additional protection. Kameron followed up with us in a couple of days to make sure we were happy with our new vehicle. Both Kameron and Drew were responsive with our questions regarding additional subscription services. I've also had positive dealins with the service department as we are loyal Volvo owners before purchasing this S60. More

We appreciate Courtesy correcting the problem; towing the car in to be fixed; and removing the GPS Box. We do love the car, Chevy Sonic are our favorite!! More

We had done our internet homework so we had an idea of the used car we wanted to look at. Jake showed us the 2018 Toyota Camry that we had found online and was able answer all our questions. After a test drive, of which we were able to pop our 4 year old son’s car seat in the back - which my wife greatly appreciated- we decided this was the car we had been looking for. Jake did a fantastic job of getting us a great deal and working with us on financing. He spent quite a bit of time with us and even gave our son a new Hot Wheels car, which was a nice added touch. We couldn’t recommend Jake and Courtesy Volvo more!! He made the car buying experience as painless as it could be! Thanks again Jake!!! More
Disappointed We bought a 2019 XC90, we were sold on the fact that if we downloaded the Volvo app the GPS would operate the same way as the Volvo gps download in o We bought a 2019 XC90, we were sold on the fact that if we downloaded the Volvo app the GPS would operate the same way as the Volvo gps download in other models. That was completely not true, the GPS that comes with the app is garbage, you can’t save addresses you can’t change the true direction, we have owned the vehicle for a week now and I’ve had to download the Maps app three times because something keeps happening. Our sales person Jacob gave me the phone number of someone to call when we bought the car to have updates done to the software, i’ve called and left a message with that person three times and no response back. More
