The Courtesy automotive brand has been serving Phoenix customers since 1955. Courtesy Automotive in addition has a Chevrolet store in San Diego and a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in San Juan Capistrano in CA. This will be the first new store in Phoenix since 1955. Courtesy Automotive started in 1955 with the family member Ed Fitzgerald. Not long after that, William Gruwell joined the family and the business, and today leads the organization as President of Courtesy Automotive. He is joined by his two sons, Mark Gruwell, General Manager of Courtesy San Diego, Scott Gruwell General Manager of Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix and his son in law, Jason Church, who is the General Manager of the new Courtesy VOLVO of Scottsdale.
The Courtesy family has three generations of ownership and is excited to add the VOLVO brand to the Courtesy Group. With the amazing line up of new VOLVO products, and the Courtesy reputation of looking after our customers, we look forward to serving the Valley's VOLVO customers.
Construction started in January, 2017 and with a completed store ready to open in August 2017. The family is excited to offer a full line up of new VOLVO cars and SUVs serving the Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise Valley areas at first. Courtesy VOLVO of Scottsdale will offer a complete line up of Certified Used VOLVOs, as we have a heritage of supporting and promoting the benefits of a strong Certified program to our customers.

Good initial experience, follow up/follow through lacking We really liked working with Chris and Mike that finished up paperwork in finance. We still haven’t had anyone call us for the service we should be receiving to replace the driver side mirror and a few other items that need to be fixed. Also, I called Chris in Monday and left a message about a few items we left in our trade in that we need to retrieve. He didnt return my call. I called again Tuesday and was able to speak with him and he said he’d get back to me, but i haven’t heard from him now 2 days later still. Customer service could be better on the communication. More

You get special factory pricing....actually less than you can purchase through the dealership. Airfare for 2, one night accommodation and a great 3 course dinner. Volvo works with a travel service which arranges your air, hotel, and works out a driving tour. We of course traveled in Sweden, but also spent 3 nights in Copenhagen. You can travel throughout Europe or Scandinavia if you so desire. The reduced car cost subsidized the trip. We had a terrific time!! Long story short, great people, excellent pricing, and a great way to buy a car! More
