I am soo thankful to Ben and his whole team for the wonderful experience I had with my purchase from start to finish. Ben worked hard with his team to make this deal happen for me and included me in every step of the process. He worked diligently and worked closely with his team to find the best financing deal for us for our situation. This was our first out of state buying experience and I felt comfortable the whole way through. The team that we worked with were wonderful from beginning to end. The dealership is beautiful and I loved that after a long trip, Ben came and picked us up from the airport in our vehichle, and the dealership had snacks and drinks available for us while we waited to finalize our paperwork with Drew. Drew was great and answered all of my questions before we even arrived so all that we had to do was sign and drive! It was such a smooth process! Kameron went above and beyond and sent us on our way for our long drive home with cold water and snacks for the drive. I LOVE my new vehichle and I can truly say this was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I hope to keep my new vehichle for many years to come, but I would not hesitate to contact Ben, Drew, Kameron, and the team at Courtesy to purchase again! We came in on a Friday night to test drive the car before a dinner date so we had an excuse to get out of there. Surprisingly Ben was not pushy at all when we told him we were leaving for the night. Simply told us no problem and to text him whem we were ready. I followed up the next day and we came in for less than 30 minutes and had a deal for the car and a trade in as well. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking at the Volvo! More
