This was also my first time purchasing a car under my business name, which was a milestone I was especially proud of. Left waiting for 5 minutes in the lobby before anyone looked up at me -- no one at drop off desk. No unprompted proactive communication. After wasting almost 6 months of my life and weeks of contacting corporate they decided to honor the repurchase very clever they dragged their feet on my situation which led to the possibility of even reordering the Escalade I had waited 2-3 months to receive impossible to reorder since they can only take in 2025 and no longer 2024 orders had they approved my request since the first repair I would’ve been able to get it no problem. Covert Cadillac falls short being certified in anything rather cheat me from my hard earned money which by the way they are making me fight hard for.
