The communication is terrible . I have never heard of a service center that doesn’t know when they will work on your car . Continuous issues with electronics for a year with blue tooth not working, screen partially blacked out, screen not allowing control of music. Onstar not working and Covert telling me it was a Onstar pr tooth not working, screen partially blacked out, screen not allowing control of music. Onstar not working and Covert telling me it was a Onstar prolem and Onstar telling me it was a hardware problem. Service cars not available in less than three weeks wait. Brakes squeaking and told to slam on the breaks to fix, which doesn't work. Difficulty in scheduling service by phone. Several messages left and no one calls back. After maintenance, had to return because Tire Monitor light on. Was unable to schedule by phone as no one returned messages and finally just drove back without an appointment. Car wash broken, so no car wash with service. More
