In situations where a customer is dishonest, treats our staff disrespectfully, and makes unreasonable or false demands, it becomes clear that continuing the relationship is not in anyone’s best interest. In this case, we made the decision to part ways and suggest the customer take their business elsewhere. We remain committed to serving our community with integrity and professionalism.

The service department at this dealership has absolutely no accountability & is also dishonest & lying about me as a customer. I was never dishonest, never disrespectful, nor did I make any unreasonable or false demands. They are the ones who did all of this to me, hence why I filed this complaint to begin with. The service manager Eric Tippett gave me an attitude when I met him because the 1st thing he told me was, and I quote, 'You sure did hammer us on the email survey we sent you.' I responded that I was only being honest from the customer service that I had received for a simple I/R lens replacement that they did & in the process of taking the dash apart on my new truck, they scratched 3 different dash panels that I have photos of to prove! He said that the scratches were there when I brought it to them which is an outright & blatant lie because the truck was only 2 months old when I brought it to them!!! Not only that, the I/R lens that THEY REPLACED & I paid for is scratched & has multiple dust particles/spots on the inside of the lens yet the service manager said that was the way they got it from the factory. When I offered to show him, he REFUSED to even look at it stating, and I quote, 'I'm not going to look at it because no matter what I do, I won't be able to please you.' This is the DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL, & UNREASONABLE customer treatment that I received from the service department after they had my truck for 3 weeks for this repair!!! I called several times to get resolution & talk to the service manager's boss, but they NEVER returned any of my calls & continue to accuse their customers of dishonesty, disrespect & false statements that they are GUILTY OF!!! FAIR WARNING TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC; DO NOT GIVE COVERT BEE CAVE ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO & TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! Just look at the several other complaints on the Better Business Bureau that they have received in just 1 year!!!
