Service dept is a fiasco . They had my truck three weeks for replacement of two diesel injectors and a weatherstripping issue. When I got it back someone had taken the goos They had my truck three weeks for replacement of two diesel injectors and a weatherstripping issue. When I got it back someone had taken the gooseneck ball out of the receiver in bed. Replacement cost me $155.00. This is my third bad experience with Covert Fird service. Sad they can get it together with service dept because the sales group is great. Disappointed and frustrated is an understatement for this fleet buyer who has purchased multiple vehicles this year from them. More

They we're great in service and making sure that I got the car as well as the financing, but I thought I was going to have a chance to look at a different car as well.
