Made the appointment for a recall warranty part replacement and I feel the dealer should order the parts when the appointment is confirmed and not wait to check in the vehicle before ordering the p replacement and I feel the dealer should order the parts when the appointment is confirmed and not wait to check in the vehicle before ordering the parts that are factory recalled. It took 11 business days to replace a recalled backup camera, due to waiting on the parts to arrive. Picked up the car and found they broke a Tag light installing the new part. I am still waiting on how the dealer plans to address the broken part. No proactive communication I had to call and text multiple times just to get the status on my vehicle. More

I made my appointment for 7:00 am. Was there at 6:30 to be prompt. Brittany was my service representative she listened to my request and was on top of my 60,000 mile checkup and oil ch Was there at 6:30 to be prompt. She made me aware immediately and told me it would be hour and half to two hours. It was completed earlier.. I was very happy with service and was able to drive back to Marble Falls and to my 18 year old Chihuahua and take her out. Was thrilled with service I felt I was listened to, I was a priority. . Thank you Brittany and service department for accurate and timely service. I would definitely recommend Covert for purchase and service of your vehicle. More

My only feedback is the dealership floor is a bit dated and they have staff everywhere, couldn't tell what vehicles were for sale or not outside as a mixture between customer vehicles and ones for sale (although I couldn't see any signs advertising these for sale). I also didn't like the fact that you HAVE to pay for Cilajet and the window theft system as it's automatically done to every vehicle (so I was told) and can not be removed from the invoice and therefore raises the price an additional $1K+. Nothing wrong with the experience from the staff, just the footprint of the building needs work and those additional fee's should be disclosed from the get go as they are not benefits that can be removed, they are allegedly set in stone, thus raising the price. More

Covert Ford's Service Department went above and beyond to repair my car when the door latch broke. They even drove down to Dripping Springs, where I am to tow my car back to the dealership. And drove it back to me when the work was completed! Turned out the door latch was a recall and while working on my car they even found a second very important recall they were able to repair. I can't thank them enough for making what could have been a very stressful time so easy!!! More
