Great experience from Caiden, Carlos the Sales manager, Carlos in Finance and Sam who is the new vehicle delivery manager. My only feedback is the dealership floor is a bit dated and they have staff everywhere, couldn't tell what vehicles were for sale or not outside as a mixture between customer vehicles and ones for sale (although I couldn't see any signs advertising these for sale). I also didn't like the fact that you HAVE to pay for Cilajet and the window theft system as it's automatically done to every vehicle (so I was told) and can not be removed from the invoice and therefore raises the price an additional $1K+. Nothing wrong with the experience from the staff, just the footprint of the building needs work and those additional fee's should be disclosed from the get go as they are not benefits that can be removed, they are allegedly set in stone, thus raising the price. More

I made my appointment for 7:00 am. Was there at 6:30 to be prompt. She made me aware immediately and told me it would be hour and half to two hours. It was completed earlier.. I was very happy with service and was able to drive back to Marble Falls and to my 18 year old Chihuahua and take her out. Was thrilled with service I felt I was listened to, I was a priority. . Thank you Brittany and service department for accurate and timely service. I would definitely recommend Covert for purchase and service of your vehicle. More
