Covert Ford provided the best new car buying experience that we have ever enjoyed. During our search for the perfect King Ranch Expedition, we contacted five dealership. They were not even close. The entire trade took around an hour. We were introduced to service and tech personnel. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the car is just what we wanted. No hassle. I went in Covert, after applying online. I had some credit issues due to a recent divorce, so my expectations weren't too high. I figured I would have to go to one of those "we tote the note" lots.
