Need to set proper expectations. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told it would take 1.5 hours. I was ok with that time and decided to wait in lobby. Setting the proper expectation is important. If they would have told me it would take 3 hours I would have been ok with that and would have just taken an uber home and come back to pick up my car. As always the service was excellent. Ruben Sandoval has been helping me for years when I take my 2009 VW bug in for servicing.
