Matt Pollock was well prepared and extremely knowledgeable. We drove from Divide, Colorado (a 212 mile drive one way) and were most appreciative of the level of timely, professional and efficient service. In contrast, our prior dealership experience (not at Cowboy) was a bitter disappointment. Matt answered all of our questions and went into greater detail as needed. He did not rush through our introduction to the numerous features and capabilities on the truck - he demonstrated these features as well as had me (hands on) work through several of them. It was very clear to us that Matt believes in his product and wanted us to appreciate our truck to the fullest extent. More

Good service, they worked on my truck and several days later the same problem was happening. CallEd them and they got my truck right back in.
