When I took the truck in for a heater core problem the fixed it but they broke dash pieces and broke the 120 plug and cigarette lighter. They argued with me saying it was broken when I took it to them. So fixed it but they broke dash pieces and broke the 120 plug and cigarette lighter. My wife and I were stranded south of Cheyene. We called and Richard recommended the best tow truck which arrived within 30 minutes. Once there, they shuttled us wherever we wanted, while diagnosing our vehicle. After having lunch and window shopping we received a call with the solution. They lent us a new Dodge Ram and would have our vehicle done by 11:00 am the next day. Amazing! Very compassionate and concerned. Shout out to all involved, Casey, Richard and Christian. These things don't happen by accident. Somebody has done due diligence in training and it's noticeable. When I look to upgrade from my 2017 Ram, I'll definitely be looking your direction. Regards. We were visiting Cheyenne and something went wrong with our our truck. Right before CFD. Just saying Richard went above and beyond trying to fix it and get us out in a timely manner. Even though they diagn our our truck. Right before CFD. Just saying Richard went above and beyond trying to fix it and get us out in a timely manner. Even though they diagnosed the problem and could have fixed it, your trust in the truck went down hill second time it left us stranded, when you are full time RVers that's not good. So we saw Michael and Sam and bought a new truck. Out thanks to Richard keep up the good work, thanks for going that extra mile for us. More
