Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I brought in my 2019 Dodge ram in April 2025 to have some factory recalls taken care of and have the exhaust manifold looked at because i dealership. I brought in my 2019 Dodge ram in April 2025 to have some factory recalls taken care of and have the exhaust manifold looked at because it was making a ticking sound. The maintenance team told me I would have my truck back in a day or so. They ended up keeping up for three days and it was late Friday afternoon before they communicated to me that they would need it over the weekend due to not having someone able to remove some bolts. I asked what the plan was for a temporary vehicle until mine was fixed, and they haggled with me on not being able to provide one. I said I was extremely disappointed since I was told the service would only last a day or so, and it ended up being through the weekend and into the following week. Finally, they gave me a loaner Jeep, which did not have the towing capacity of my truck, so I was not able to complete some personal plans over the weekend since it did not have towing capacity. The bill was $783 and I went on my way at the beginning of August the ticking noise from the exhaust manifold had returned so every time I start my truck, the loud ticking noise will not go away. I called and scheduled an appointment and Richard seemed very disappointed to have to work with me again. I asked him why I’m having this issue again only after a few months he said he would have to have the technicians look it over. I said I wanted the service manager to call me before I bring it in again. I left a comment thread on this website asking for Mark to contact me before I brought it in for another service and get charged almost $800 or more for the same issue that should’ve been originally fixed just a few months ago. I left Mark a voicemail a few days after leaving the comment in writing asking for some emailed correspondence and somebody from the dealership called while I was in a work meeting but did not leave a voicemail. I called back and left Mark another voicemail requesting contact again and never heard from anyone at cowboy Dodge. I think this is extremely unprofessional and absurd that you guys have no clear or honest communication with your customers. I can’t believe that you charge somebody almost 1000 bucks with the interpretation that the problems are fixed and it’s the same issue only a couple of months later. If this is how your management act you don’t deserve my business I will tell everybody I know to avoid this dealership for vehicle purchases, and service maintenance. You guys are an embarrassment to the Dodge name. More
