Alignment Needed a front end alignment. Job was done satisfactorily although Dodge needs to come up with a better fix for jamb nuts coming loose than welding t Needed a front end alignment. Job was done satisfactorily although Dodge needs to come up with a better fix for jamb nuts coming loose than welding them. Shouldn’t have to pay extra to have the welds cut, then resold-welded every time you need an alignment. Also had a recall issue taken care of same day so that was great! More

The service was very bad Truck was in shop for over one month for a bad cylinder gasket. The issue was not diagnosed correctly to begin with then they forced us to pay $110+ Truck was in shop for over one month for a bad cylinder gasket. Nothing was wrong with them but they said let them replace or if it overheats again it will not be covered. I have never left Cowboy Dodge and not felt like i had been lied to or cheated. More
