Poor communication I delt with Richard Ortega 2 different times in the last 4 months on almost $8,000 in repairs to my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins. Each time was a bad e I delt with Richard Ortega 2 different times in the last 4 months on almost $8,000 in repairs to my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins. Each time was a bad experience with Richard. He promises dates of completion over and over and never follows through nor does he communicate when a date is not going to be met. He always has an excuse when I call asking why it's not done. Usually blaming it on the tech being slow or calling in sick. He used the same excuses both times over and over failing to meet over 4 different promised dates for each repair. I will not be returning for service or to purchase anything from Cowboy Dodge and will openly share my bad experience with others. I really try to keep business local and our family only buys Dodge trucks and SUV's but I guess I will have to shop out of state for all of my service and purchasing needs. More

Awesome Service and really a good expereince. I had taken my truck in for a look at the engine under the extended warranty. Upon investigation the Service team and the factory decided that an engi I had taken my truck in for a look at the engine under the extended warranty. Upon investigation the Service team and the factory decided that an engine replacement was necessary. They did a great job, then even cleaned the truck up inside and out for me, and that was a special bonus for me that took the service over the top. Mark the service Manager is outstanding, and Richard Otega was also great to work with as well. They made sure that I was happy with the work ( I definately was) thank you guys More
