He answered my questions and put me in contact with customer care where I was given a case manager who eventually extended warranty coverage and good will service for the repair. I had never appealed a warranty before, but between my case manager, Cecil and Mark at the dealership, I was given adequate information and treated with respect each step of the way. There were a few delays but Cecil kept in touch and didn’t allow for any gaps in communication. When it was determined my vehicle wouldn’t be ready when expected, I was given a rental to borrow without any additional charge. My experience with Cowboy Dodge was exactly what a person wants when a vehicle needs service. More
