He sent our younger brother there recently where he purchased his Chevy Malibu. I’ve been searching for the right car for months and my brother insisted I go see Mike at Cox and promised he would take care of me, and that he did. Mike was super helpful. He picked me up from my house brought me to the bank and worked his magic. Today I drove off the lot completely satisfied is my dream car. One more satisfied customer to add to his list! More

Joel Curto initially was pleasant but failed to deliver even satisfactory service on the days following delivery of the vehicle. Mr. Curto told me on 2 separate occasions that scratches in the car would be completely removed prior to my taking ownership. He assured me he had been a detail technician prior and would make sure the scratches would be repaired prior to taking delivery. After I got the car home, under closer inspection the paint was scratched and had swirl marks over the entire car. I took the car to a professional who advised me that the car had sustained significant damage to the clear coat from debris in the washing and drying rags along with improper buffing techniques. The car was new but had sat on the dealer lot for over a year. Too many carless washes over that timespan were most likely the primary cause. When I contacted Mr. Curto concerning the paint damage and the cost to fix it, he provided false excuses and no solutions. He told me the dealership could not have caused the damage and that the car came from the factory with the swirl marks. He further insulted me be implying that I had looked at the car on two separate occasions before taking ownership, thereby implying the problem was not his or the dealerships. It cost me $800 to repair the clear coat with less than 100 miles on the car. Another issue: When I received my finance paperwork from GM Financial over a week after taking delivery, I noticed that I had been charged hundreds of dollars more than the price on the purchase documents that I signed. The dealership also had failed to give me my finance paperwork that I signed the day of delivery. I had to call back two times and ultimately was mailed the documents over a week later. It was then that I could actually compare the documents I signed vs the documents I received strait from GM Financial. I was charged hundreds more than the contract price. No one had any answers or solutions on why I was charged hundreds more than I should have been. Note: Dan Welte (manager) stepped in and was honest and tried to resolve the issues. But as of today the car cost me over $1,000 more due to paint repairs and a false GM Financial agreement. More

No hassle experience I found the perfect used car at Cox Chevrolet. I spoke with Denny, my salesman and made an appointment to drive up from Fort Myers. I arrived at about 2pm and was in my new vehicle driving home by 5:30. It was a no hassle experience. I told Denny what I wanted and he did everything he could to get it for me. Kris Nunn was our main contact dealer when we first went in to test drive our Chevrolet Colorado Centennial Our experience was good at Cox Chevrolet. Kris Nunn was our main contact dealer when we first went in to test drive our Chevrolet Colorado Centennial edition. We absolutely love Kris. He never pushed us to purchase this truck right away, he was very informative and very patient with us and kind. We would definitely refer all of our family and friends to him. However, the only reason why I rated good and not excellent because we had to work with another dealer the second time we came to test drive a z71 long bed Colorado we had Micheal Rupp at first everything was going great however when we turned in the keys into him he became very pushy and stated “ I thought you were going to make us a deal today” with his pushy actions and arrogance Attitude towards us left a nasty experience with Cox and almost lost our business. If it wasn’t for Kris we wouldn’t be back. Please let Kris Nunn know that he’s a terrific salesman and we greatly appreciate him. More
