Willing to negotiate a good deal and good service, but we weren’t informed there was a 100th anniversary celebration going on during the appointment we scheduled in advance. Employees were friendly but it was a little chaotic. They could not find the paperwork I submitted in advance but pulled everything together for us. We were in a bit of a hurry at the time so three hours was a bit much but we are very satisfied, thanks. More
