They were very friendly and helpful. We felt we got a good deal and did not feel overly pressured. Salesperson could have been a little more knowledgeable about the product. The car was (is) beautiful, but the outside was quite dirty from sitting in the lot so long (to be expected to a point). We waited almost an hour for them to get the car ready for us, including washing it, but when it was finally ready it was still filthy. Someone had just kind of haphazardly wiped some of the dirt off (was not washed). We felt like they just wanted to be rid of us at the end and not valued as customers. Kind of disappointing. More

Trent (mgr) is less than ethical when it comes to used cars. Double check everything. Finance manager will try to pressure you to sign documents that are unnecessary. Unfortunate they will intentionall cars. Double check everything. Finance manager will try to pressure you to sign documents that are unnecessary.
