BE WARNED STAY AWAY I PURCHASED a 2014 ram 1500 at the end of 2013. Within one month, truck had major engine failure. I took it back to DEALERSHIP to be fixed, mind you I PURCHASED a 2014 ram 1500 at the end of 2013. Within one month, truck had major engine failure. I took it back to DEALERSHIP to be fixed, mind you truck had 1k miles on it.at pick up several scratches were observed. Owner declined his staff did it and argued with us. Fast forward, like an idiot, returned yesterday to said DEALERSHIP to have oil change that was included in purchase. They claimed those expired and charged 57.00 for an oil change. With no choice but to pay, got home and now have a dent in the door. STAY AWAY! Horrible customer service. After reading reviews on other sites, this happens frequently! More

I had tried at several dealerships in the Triad area. I found a good deal on a new 2500 model at Nichols, asked for info online, and was contacted by Kevin Rackley via email (which is the best way for me), After several exchanges I headed up to Nichols, we looked at a few trucks, and I decided on the 2500. Price was great, and the financing terms were good. The process was smooth and friendly. My feeling is that out of all the folks at dealerships I dealt with Kevin listened to what I was looking for instead of trying to just sell me something. The finance folks Larry and Christian were good to deal with and had access to my credit union as a lender which really helped ease the process. Its not a high pressure dealership. More
