Just recently I bought my SIXTH vehicle from Cox Toyota and my second Toyota from Alex McKenzie. Out of everyone I have ever worked with, Alex McKenzie gets the win. From start to finish, Alex is approachable, personable, and professional. He’s brutally honest and will steer you in the right direction no matter what. When things came to business, Alex was quick to advocate for me, and I truly felt that he had my interest first, rather than his own. In today’s world, we commonly judge people based on a quick moment or two. I can honestly say that from my initial impression upon first meeting Alex until now, he is an outstanding young man. Being great at his job is simply just a bonus. As always Rodney Vorwald and John Kimsey were true professionals. They’re some of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Trent McGuire in finance is the exception to the rule. You won’t find a more professional, honest, and compassionate finance manager in the car business. He’s become a true friend that I sincerely appreciate. If you’re looking at a Toyota, these guys are the only place worth visiting. They’ll get you any car you want and work you the absolute best deal. Their customer service and attention to detail is miles ahead of any other dealership in the area. They’re family owned and truly care about the quality of their work. To the Cox family, be proud and humbled that you’ve acquired such respected and talented employees. Dishonest Behavior I had a very disappointing experience with their online chat this morning. I was interested in a particular used Prius that they have for sale (Stock I had a very disappointing experience with their online chat this morning. I was interested in a particular used Prius that they have for sale (Stock #19042AT). The Carfax report states "Accident reported: minor damage" and so my query was simple, "Could you give me more details?" of the reported accident. While all the time asking for my email address and phone number, the represented first cut/paste a description of the car and then, when pressed, answered "I'm not seeing any listed damage and further more in details my team will get back to you with your provided contact information. Just to finish up can I have your full name and phone number/email address". Talk about baiting a line?! Surely by refusing to answer a simple question they give just grounds for suspicion and doubt? More

Scare tactics to try to get me to buy tires. Went for required service at 20,000 miles and was told I had two very worn tires. I was told their $40,000 machine was very accurate. After three emails later, one a auto reply, one directions to they lot, and the third asking if I had any question. I email them asking for the price again. The fourth email I got was the best, it was a question mark. So I emailed them again asking the manager to review all emails. Also stated that I still had not received a price. The last email after that asked if his team had answered all my questions. At this point I have had all the banter I can take. More
