After spending several hours at the dealership, we signed the paperwork on a tabet that only showed our signature. We was able to catch a problem with the contract that was then corrected on site. Being close to closing time we took our paperwork and left expecting the car to be delivered to us once the bank had everything they needed. While looking at the contract we noticed a $399 charge for a pulsating brake light that in the out the door price was additional. Again we called and said we didnt authorize this and after much hassle the agreed to remove the charge. After that they refused to get our bank the paperwork they needed and the bank wouldnt release the funds without it. In short after several heated phone calls we ended up scrapping the entire deal. Also the had the nerve to list our car that was being traded in on their website without having it onsite and in their possesion as well as not owning it. I have bought a lot of cars over the years with outside financing and have never run into this type of dealership. The sales manager was quite rude and as we was leaving 2 of the salespeople was squalling tires on cars that was for sale. More

I wish I could give absolutely ZERO stars if possible. They sold me a kia soul with ENGINE PROBLEMS. When I was finally able to come in to trade or have them buy it back at the very least because the car isn't drivable. They did nothing to help me. I still owe $14,250 and tell me why they reappraised it for $4,500???? When I just got the car from them! So now my credit is absolutely xxxxed, I had to surrender the car and now I have all this on my credit when the car shouldn't have even been sold in the first place! Thanks alot for adding onto the xxxxed up year I've already had. I suffered a loss of a child on top of this xxxxxxxx. Thanks alot Coyle Chevrolet. Wishing zero stars was an option! We have never had such an awful experience at any dealership or mechanics. We brought our Chevy truck to be diagnosed and happily paid the $110.63 charge for the diagnostic evaluation, though when told the price for the replacement gas pedal, they were literally over double the amount of our local mechanic. (I find it's also important to note that this same representative hung up while my husband was trying to ask him questions about picking up his truck once he was informed that we were giving the additional business required to our local small business.) We had our wonderful local company fix the gas pedal and continued on. Unfortunately, The gas pedal was not the issue and the truck presented with the same issues as prior. Due to the technology of the trucks, we called back to the dealership to request further evaluation and were very rudely informed that they would not take our case because we declined their services of fixing the gas pedal even though we paid for our diagnostic. I honestly cannot explain to you how rude this individual was and I deal in and with many branches customer service all the time! More

The overall experience was awful. They kept our vehicle for almost a month with ZERO communications. We tried calling multiple times and could never get through to anyone. We finally got the vehicle back and paid the bill in full that they presented to us. a MONTH later they called and stated that they forgot to bill us for something and that if we didn't pay it they would seek legal action. They did not provide any proof of the work that they supposedly "forgot" to bill us. It's not a lot of money but the whole experience has been terrible, and I will not be using this dealership again nor would I recommend it to anyone. More
