I went to look at cars with my youngest daughter, she’s only 8 years old. Everything was going fine, until the salesperson took us inside the showroom. When we entered the showroom, two of the salesmen were violently cussing at each other. Screaming at the top of their lungs, and cussing. I mean every filthy word you can imagine was said. The men were arms drawn, ready to fight, and here I am with my 8 year old daughter, frozen by fear. Both of us were truly frightened, and I’ve had to have several conversations with her about what happened since then. Needless to say, we left immediately, and we will never go back to any Coyle, or Chevrolet Or Buick dealerships. If this is the kind of people that sell New Buick’s, I’ll never buy a Buick, EVER! The more I think about this experience, the more upset I become. I’ve been trying to reach someone high level at Buick, but I haven’t been able to yet.
