After a tiresome search for the right dealership (and deal) I came across Quinn Bannon and County Line Nissan Dealership. From start to finish I was taken care of. Not only were my questions answered h deal) I came across Quinn Bannon and County Line Nissan Dealership. From start to finish I was taken care of. Not only were my questions answered honestly, my expectations were managed, and I was pleasntly suprised how easy buyinga new Maxima could be. Quinn went above and beyond to help me with financing (my credit isn't perfect), and I appreciate that (my wife does too!). To cap it all off I sent Quinn a number of referrals and I keep getting checks for $100 for all of the friends I recommend! Not a bad deal! If you're in a bind, give Quinn at Nissan a call... he'll take good care of you! More

I went to County Line to try to trade in my old Subaru and purchase a new Nissan Murano. I was greeted in the parking lot by a salesman named Kevin, who was a very pleasant and friendly young man. I told Kevin what I was trying to accomplish that day and he told me that he would do his best to assist me in purchasing my new car. I followed him inside the dealership, where during a brief few minutes together, he asked me a series of questions that he said would help him narrow down and zero in on a specific car that would fit my needs. Once he completed the questions, he quickly consulted his manager Sam, who guided him to a specific Murano that fit the criteria based on the answers I gave. Kevin pulled up a Murano to the front of the dealership in the exact color I told him I preferred. He went through all the features of the car and explained to me how everything worked. I was very impressed with the performance of the vehicle on the test drive, and found the salesman's knowledge of the car to be extremely helpful also. Upon arriving back at the dealership, Kevin walked me through the dealerships service department and explained to me a little about the advantages of servicing my car with County Line. We sat back down together in the showroom where Kevin excused himself briefly while he worked on having my Subaru appraised. Shortly after, Kevin had returned with a sheet of paper that had the new Murano priced for me. He had the numbers structured a few different ways for me, so I could see the various options I had. I was surprisingly pleased with the money they gave me for my Subaru. I had done a little research on my car prior to visiting the dealership so I had an idea of what it was worth. I feel the offer was very fair. That money from my trade acted as my down payment, which brought me exactly to where I was hoping to be for my monthly payment. The negotiation process was irrelevant. Within an hour and a half, County Line had set up my insurance, registered the car and detailed the car. I was provided a full tank of gas and Kevin made sure that I was comfortable working all the features that I was unfamiliar with. My vanity plates were transferred over from my Subaru to my Murano and I was on the road. County Line made the process of purchasing my new vehicle a painless and enjoyable one. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to family, friends and anyone I know in the market for a vehicle. More
I went to County Line again a few months ago and found the experience to be great. I go there for service regularly, but I just picked up a brand new 2012 Nissan Altima. I really love my new car! When I went down to the dealership, I met with Quinn Bannon. I felt like I was in really good hands during the entire visit. When I came in I was a little nervous about getting approved for a loan, but Quinn walked me through the different options and explained to me exactly what it took to get to a payment level that I was comfortable with. Since I bought the Altima in July, County Line has been nothing but helpful in making sure that I was comfortable and happy with everything. When I have gone in for service in the past, they have treated me very kindly and I've never felt like I've been treated unfairly. I've already sent two of my friends down to buy cars there, and they said they had a good experience too. Best part is, they gave me $100 to refer each of them! I always recommend County Line to all my friends and family. More
THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a Pathfinder from this dealership in 09; it took six visits and a case with consumer protection to fix a recall issue. The service center recommends s Pathfinder from this dealership in 09; it took six visits and a case with consumer protection to fix a recall issue. The service center recommends service that I don't need (I did a Nissan recommended transmission flush 2 months before going there for a oil change, they told me I need one badly, when I showed them the paper that I just did one at another dealership, they said oh we may have made a mistake, RIP OFF!) I paid off the vehicle 1 yr after purchase and have been trying to cancel the gap insurance they sold me ever since. After 4 faxes and 2 personal drop-offs of the payoff letter and formal request, this is still not done and the gap insurance company said the insurance company said the policy can only be cancelled through the purchasing dealership. I am sure this is the worst dealership EVER and I cannot believe they survive doing business like this. I guess I have to file another complaint against them. More
I went to the dealership to look at Rogue. Ithought that salemen were waiting for their next "victim" and would pounce as soon as you got out of your car. I got out, and looked at 3 different cars right o salemen were waiting for their next "victim" and would pounce as soon as you got out of your car. I got out, and looked at 3 different cars right out front - sort of waiting for a salesman to come to me. I actually looked at 2 of the men standing at the top of the stairs watching. Neither one of them moved towards me, and one actually went inside. I was going to get in my car and just leave, but wanted to see the cars, so I walked towards the front door, and asked the one gentlemen "are you looking for a customer!" The sales man was nice and pretty knowledgable about the car and helped me with the test drive. We went over the facts and figures including my trade in value, and they came up with their price for the car - out the door. I asked if this was the best, last and final offer, and was told that the manager has done a great job for me. Coming in $10.00 lower than my max monthly payment. I went to Middletown Nissan 2 days later and worked with Dale Richards and got a great deal and found their whole operation to be miles above Countyline. I am so glad I went there. I was able to get the same car for $35.00 less per month. It is worth the trip down to Middletown for the professionalism and expert treatment that you will recieve there. More

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. From the day I purchased my two year old Murano, I smelled burning oil and returned the car again and again (including the DAY after I purchased). They n the day I purchased my two year old Murano, I smelled burning oil and returned the car again and again (including the DAY after I purchased). They never fixed it, and when another dealer finally found the problem they told me my warranty was up. I could have fought them, but who has time in life these days? I traded it in and tell everyone how bad County Line is. I've talked two people into purchasing from another dealer rather than County Line - oh and my salesman only worked there 30 days, so he is long gone. They don't care about their customers. More
Worst experience ever. This dealership is the reason car dealers have a bad reputation. They lured us in with low prices, told us multiple times on the phone that the car was in stock, and then when we dro dealers have a bad reputation. If you ever wonder how car dealerships get a reputation for being sleazy crooks then just visit the County Line Nissan Dealership in Middlebury, CT. I dealt with Sal, Eric, and to some extent Manny on a tr for being sleazy crooks then just visit the County Line Nissan Dealership in Middlebury, CT. I dealt with Sal, Eric, and to some extent Manny on a transaction. Needless to say it was a horrible all around experience. My main problem was they lied about financing rates and the original owner of the vehicle. Additionaly they refused to furnish a carfax and generally the customer experience was horrible. They also tried to slip in an extra $3k of inexplicable fees on the invoice. They should be going to jail for what they do not receiving commissions. Everybody in town knows these guys are complete dirtballs. Listen to the other reviews on here and do not do business with these lying crooks. More
Bought a new versa in late '08 from this place. I noticed a tiny rattle in the back, but didn't think much of it. I figured it was just a loose part that could wait until my first oil change to check. When I a tiny rattle in the back, but didn't think much of it. I figured it was just a loose part that could wait until my first oil change to check. When I brought it in, the service manager said the rattle was my fault and it would cost $500 to repair. He admitted that the dealership could have done it, but wouldn't do anything for me because I waited too long.Needless to say I was furious. I tried to understand his position that I could have done the damage, but he would not accept any dealer responsibility. I offered to pay his cost since it was not covered under warranty, but he wouldn't budge from the full price. So now I ride around in a brand new car that has a rattle. The other item that galled me about him was his comment on a few other warranty items. his response was that he couldn't find anything wrong, and if he doesn't see it, it doesn't exist. So I guess the customer must be hallucinating since the problem doesn't exist. Whatever happened to the customer is always right philosophy? I will travel a greater distance now rather than go back to this awful dealership.I could add a few more items, but I think I made my point. More
