In conclusion, warranty didn't cover it, and when I approached them about the situation, they stated it was my problem. I purchased the car at the Dixie location with Jerry - Who communicated with me very effectively while selling the car but I was not able to reach him there after. He never returned my call and the dealership manager was the one who said it wasn't on them because the accident wasn't reported even though a mechanic could clearly see what happened to the car. I spend about 30K on purchasing a car that's not worth 18K. I would not recommend them at all. Great service at first, but you are not getting good cars even if it looks like you are. More
