Positively the worse experience I have had with a dealership. Bennie stated several times 'I will make it right, we want you to be happy' Well I am not happy. There were essentially NO brakes on the car and they knew it as Jose drove the car from Little Rock to my home. Before I could test drive it, he left! Imagine my shock when I drove it and all but ran through a 4-way stop because of no brakes. Getting it fixed cost $2,694 and "Management" and Bennie offered me $600 to settle. The almighty dollar is all they care about, not your safety or make a returning customer. NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE OR HAVE ANYTHING WORKED ON - THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. More

This was the worst dealer experience i have ever had. Took my truck in for simple warranty work. To fix a leak in the door handle. Picked it up a few days later and found out they had used up 1/4 tank of my gas, racked up miles and scratched my neawly installed window tint. Even found dog hair inside my truck. Brought it all to their attention before leaving and they denied until i showed them pictures of when i dropped it off. Notified the manager, never received a response. They obviously dont care. I contacted the dealership online and got a response from Warren asking me what I was looking for. I gave him my list of wants and he found the perfect at for me. I made my appointment for a Saturday morning Warren asking me what I was looking for. I gave him my list of wants and he found the perfect at for me. I made my appointment for a Saturday morning, test drive the car and sat down to work out the details. He was amazing. We hit a small bump in the process, and I almost walked away, but he and the finance guys worked on my deal until we got it right for me. This is the third vehicle I bought from them, and if I buy another, Crain Ford in Little Rock will be my first choice! Good job guys! It was nice working with you. More
If I could give less than one star that would be perfect. As mentioned in another review- prior order, build and deposit…. Car shows up and over 15k in overage charges. Place is turning into a dump and is suitable for the management team. Service is brutal as well. More
Imagine pre-ordering a car and waiting 2 years for it to be made. Finally, after numerous shipping delays, you get the call. It looks glorious. You take it for a test drive. It rides better than you could'v be made. Finally, after numerous shipping delays, you get the call. It looks glorious. You take it for a test drive. It rides better than you could've imagined. You're ready to spend your hard-earned money. The manager sits down and informs you that the vehicle that you priced out, pre-ordered two years ago, waited to be built, was delayed twice during shipping is not only going to cost you what you thought it was but there's also a 48% markup on top of that. FORTY-EIGHT xxxxING PERCENT. I'm happy to pay a dealer markup to pay the bills and make some profit for you, but seriously, go xxxx yourself. Zero transparency during the entire process that this would be the case. No heads-up, whatsoever. Chalked it up to the pandemic and some other garbage about inflation. No. Simply put this is just another example of greed, milking a global pandemic and the Ford hype-train. See original window sticker with MSRP of $51,220. Also attached is their price sheet of $75,827.99. More

Watch out for these liars! I bought a F150 truck 4 months earlier. My salesman called me and wanted to know if I liked my truck and let me know about a Hybrid F150 they had on the lot. I said I want months earlier. My salesman called me and wanted to know if I liked my truck and let me know about a Hybrid F150 they had on the lot. I said I wanted one, but I wasn't going to pay over $70,000 for the truck they had on the lot (MSRP on their website 75k). He said let me talk to the manager. He comes back and says come by and look at this truck, the manager says he will give you a steal of a deal. My wife and I show up, and we like the truck, give me the price. He comes back and the manager wanted $12000 over MSRP. I told him that is not a steal of a deal, he was a liar and wasted my time driving all the way to the dealership to hear his dishonesty. I am so tired of dishonest people in the vehicle selling business. I will never again buy a vehicle from these turds at Crain Ford of Little Rock. Buy your truck at another dealership! More
