If I could give less than one star I would, absolutely shady dealership, they sold me a car and said everything worked on it, within the first 30 days the air went out, I took it to them and they treated shady dealership, they sold me a car and said everything worked on it, within the first 30 days the air went out, I took it to them and they treated me like I was stupid and said I didn’t have it turned on, they did something temporarily to make it work kind of, I just took it back again for the same reason and they said the air isn’t working, no kidding, and now they’re charging me $500 on a deductible, he said I should’ve brought it back before, I did and they sent me out the door and said it was fine, knowing it wasn’t, and his solution for me was to “buy another car” I will never buy another car from them, my son is going through a similar situation with a car he bought from them, all the wiring is messed up and his window is constantly jumping up and down, they don’t care about anything but money! Beware! More

Absolute nightmare experience. Do yourself a favor a stay far away from Crain Ford. I went in to buy a truck they had listed on their website. We came back in to start the paperwork and was then informed by another salesman that the vehicle was on hold for a customer who had put a deposit on it and he had just not removed it from the website. So after that initial hiccup I found another vehicle that I liked we completed the purchase I got the vehicle and took it home before realizing that it needed a cam phaser repair. I had purchased their platinum warranty with the vehicle and was told by the finance manager that the deductible would be $100. However, when I took the vehicle into their service department to start the repair I was told that my warranty had mysteriously been canceled. It took several days to determine that an error had been made and the warranty was canceled without my authorization. After getting the warranty reinstated I was then told that my deductible would actually be $500 not the $100 that was originally quoted to me. Next, I found out just today that the payoff for my trade in was sent to the wrong finance company. I now have a late payment on my credit report and late fees assessed on the account due to Crane's failure to send payment to the correct leinholder. And lastly it has now been over a month since my purchase and I have still not received the purchase paperwork to register the vehicle, so I now have late fees for that too. Positively the worse experience I have had with a dealership. Bennie stated several times 'I will make it right, we want you to be happy' Well I am not happy. Imagine my shock when I drove it and all but ran through a 4-way stop because of no brakes. Getting it fixed cost $2,694 and "Management" and Bennie offered me $600 to settle. The almighty dollar is all they care about, not your safety or make a returning customer. NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE OR HAVE ANYTHING WORKED ON - THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. More
