They have replaced radiator fan etc. I have paid 550 $. Within few weeks I have faced the same issue. This time they have changed the Compressor, discharge hose and filled the gas. Since the issue is in other component the service manager didnt agreed to take the responsibility. I have paid 767$. The next month I have faced the same trouble. The authorities told that the issue is with the leackage in main hose the estimated bill amount is 505+$. They didnt take the responsibility and responded like these are all sequence of different issues, not occured at the time of repair. I just taken the car back. Before going to this service station, I have given the car to a local mechanic. He identified the leakage and filled the gas. But it was not stable. With a great confidence I have moved to a authorised dealer. BUT I HAVE LOST THE MONEY WITHOUT BENEFIT. AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION????????!!!!!!!!! More
Awesome! Best car buying experince I've ever had, no question. Everyone really took care of me. After visiting several other stores and feeling like a number, these guys came through. Not only did they have the exact car I wanted but worked with me till it fit my budget. BTW, the car drives awesome! I'm not new to the car buying thing, I think this is my 20th new car. By far, the only place I will ever deal with again. Thanks guys! More
Hyundai's are great cars - I love the new Sonata - it was a great test drive and smokes the Camry and Accord. As far as the Dealer experience: I worked with Jeff - he was nice but a little slow. So I spoke to Travis the manager - he was to intense like he has "little mans complex". Maybe he was just in a bad mood but he was condescending I felt like he was trying to intimidate me. It was really kind of odd. More
