Derek took time to show me through the wonderful facilities at Crain, and introduced personnel from other departments. Once I had decided on a vehicle, Derek gave me detailed instruction on how to operate all the features. He has followed up by phone and postcard to thank me and offer any further assistance. Travis Pettit made every possible effort to work with me on trade in, cost, and payment options. He treated me respectfully and fairly. A friendly young man from the insurance department explained all options without pressuring me for a decision.
