I stopped in at Hyundai just to look at the Tucson Limited. Tyler Wilson was the salesman that spoke with me. Tyler did an amazing job of telling me all about the car and answering my questions. They didn't have the color that I wanted on the lot and had to find one. Tyler and the General Manager, Chris Abbott, worked to find me the car that I wanted. They both went above and beyond to located this car and didn't stop until they found it. The whole process of buying the vehicle was very simple. Vanity Kesner helped to set up our Bluelink to the car. She, along with Tyler spent a lot of time helping me to set up the car. They were so helpful in answering questions and have made themselves available each time I have called or gone back with more questions. I can't thank Tyler Wilson, Chris Abbott, and Vanity Kessner enough for the great experience.

My wife and I went in on Saturday and test drove a used Bronco. After some back and forth we got to a payment that worked. Before we ran my credit we wanted to confirm the monthly payment. It was confirmed so I signed the paper and filled out the credit. The sales member took my keys for my trade in to confirm some things and took the bronco back to detail and fill up. We waited 30 minutes just to have the salesman come back and say my credit was better but my payment was going to be 130.00 more a month than what I signed for. So they could not explain or fix the deal so I left upset that I had ran my credit and didn’t get the bronco. Called Caleb the manager today and he was nice but didn’t offer anything other than he said well if you want me to look deeper I can. But we work so close that I don’t think we’ll get where you need. I told him no need to waist time if it’s not going to help. I felt trapped like they ran my credit and knew this was not going to work. The past 5 years my wife and I have bought 4 cars from this dealer. Not sure I’ll buy anything from them again.

Service department is a joke would not recommend taking your vehicle to the dodge jeep super store. The issue will not be fixed and you will pay for services that do not happen and your vehicle will be worse then you drove it in.
