Phil Ward is Awesome and will work for you not against you in any way. no pressure to get me to buy things I couldn't afford, worked with my existing budget and that is so very important. did offer the extras but when I declined they understood .Travis in finance got the ball rolling seeing I was having normal work done to my 2014 Elantra se that I traded when Phil got into work he Finished up the deal and did all the extra stuff, I didn't like the Wheels on the 2016 elantra and the dealership let me keep my old wheels and tires off the 2014 on my new 2016 which look a 100% better. this car came with lots of great options and wheel locks too .. love that item . Amy is torn between two Crain dealer ships ( she is in high demand ) wasn't there to walk me thru every thing in the car but she called me a few days later to come see her and I plan too just in case I missed something .This is how a car buying and how a dealership should work. Greater dealership. Beyond easy to do business with. I was looking for a new car. Told Mark Darr what I was looking for and requirements. Test drove the car. Left the dealership with no pressure. Again, no pressure. Picked the car up, clean, full tank of gas, ready to go. Could not have been easier to do business with. Met my preferences/needs on all interactions. Mark was great to work with. I hate buying a car because it is usually difficult with some high pressure sales tactics that are annoying. This was the complete opposite. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Mark Darr. More
