My Dealership Experience I had an excellent experience. Emanuel and Corbin were excellent to work with and I felt they had our best interest at heart. It was Christmas Eve, I had an excellent experience. Emanuel and Corbin were excellent to work with and I felt they had our best interest at heart. Never again In 1993, my daughter and I went to the Nissan dealership in Little Rock. 4 older men stood outside and saw us looking at vehicles but didn't move. A In 1993, my daughter and I went to the Nissan dealership in Little Rock. 4 older men stood outside and saw us looking at vehicles but didn't move. A young man inside working at his desk saw us and came out to see if he could help us. He wound up selling two vehicles that day. Then in 2000 I bought my second new Nissan. It older than my granddaughter and when I went to Crain Hyundai it had over 300,000 miles on it (I'm still driving it and is has over 325,000 miles on it). My granddaughter and I went to Crain to buy a new car. I was 74 and she was 15. They sent a young man to help us who apparently had never sold a vehicle in his life. He made promises the dealership did not keep. Even thought I felt like I could have done better I did not feel well enough to go through it again and bought the vehicle he showed us. When I talked with the credit manager he shortened the warranty period to five years, instead of 10, and right now I can't remember the reason. Once I felt better, I felt like the dealership took advantage of me because I was an old woman with a teenager in tow. I will never do business with Crain again. The only reason I gave this dealership one star is because I went to get a Hyundai and that's what I left with - I did not, however, leave with the vehicle I thought I was buying when I went there. The first time I drove the vehicle to work, when I left I had a flat tire. It had a fastener in it that is used to hold bumpers on cars but the dealership would not take responsibility for it and charged me to fix the flat as though I had those types of things around routinely. More
