We had agreed with the sales consultant on a specific “out the door” price in writing, but upon arrival we were told that this did not include taxes and registration, bringing the total higher than expected. This was frustrating, as “out-the-door” is generally understood to include all costs, and it felt misleading to have the terms change at signing. The vehicle and staff were otherwise fine, and Michael Graves (finance directior) was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend getting the full total in writing and clearly defining all essential terms before visiting. More

A car for my daughter the people there at all the facilities are very well mannered, and also care about who they sell to not just look at you and judge a book by the cover.
