Thank you for your prompt response. My cell number is 870-577-4906, although I am at work duiring the day and would have limited opportunity to answer. After about 5, I can be reached at home most days at 870-446-2769. I have to tell you, I was very hesitant about completing a negative review and that is the reason I delayed for over a month. I did call on 10/11/13 and spoke to a very nice lady with excellent customer service skills. She listened to my concerns and then passed along the message for me. To date, I have received no response. Thank you!
