Ms. Carmikle the Service Manager worked with you on repairing your tire because the puncture was on the sidewall and could not be repaired by KIA standards. You did not want to purchase a tire since you knew someone that had tires cheaper, so the Manager plugged the tire, we do not patch sidewalls, so you could make it to your destination. He went above and beyond to assist you with your tire. I called to follow up with you today and you were upset about the cost of the tire that you said you didn't want to purchase from KIA. I was polite at the dealership as I just wanted to get back to Heber and get a tire so I could leave for Alabama. He did say it was too close to the side wall and could not be repaired. However when I got to my tire dealership it was not too close to the sidewall it was in the center and their “plug” had made it where they could not repair it. They showed me pictures of the damage as they took the tire off
