The service center went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of. The new staff kept me informed, fixing the problems that other dealers would not put the effort to repair my vehicle. This will be my forever service center, Thanks to my advisor Tammy and Manager Charles

Brought in 06 Rio for airbag recall. What was quoted as a 1 hour job by the manufacturer took the service department 3. My vehicle was returned to me with numerous scratches in the interior and plastic coverings that were not returned to their original place. I immediately contacted Bale Kia upon noticing this and left a message which was not returned for 4 days. My call was eventually returned by managers whom were both rude and uninterested in compensating fuel costs for a return trip to the service department despite their poor work. I decided to cut my losses and take my Kia elsewhere for repairs to avoid dealing with subpar service and disrespectful management. I have no intention of returning to their service department or making purchases from their establishment so I asked multiple times to be removed from all contact lists. They still insist on calling regularly despite my requests.
