There was a recall on my trunk latch, well my trunk latch broke and they were able to get me in 3 days later. The process was easy and they took good care of me. I also got an oil change and they washed my c broke and they were able to get me in 3 days later. The process was easy and they took good care of me. I also got an oil change and they washed my car and vacuumed it as well as letting me know what condition my car was in overall. Most places don’t do all that so it was very nice ;) and to top it all off.. i only waited for maybe an hour and a half! More

I needed a new key made for my 2010 equinox and I was floored at the cost. 267.00 is what I paid. I Google how to program it, it takes less then 5 minutes and it cost ne 267. I’ll tell ya what guys I drive 1 hr to Conway just to get my oil changed Crain Kia of Conway has always treated me fantastic!! But this last service was above and beyond I would like publicly thank Delilah Dover for all the work she put in on finding me a ride to take myself and 7 children to eat lunch. Also I would Especially like to thank Service Manager Johnny!!! Sorry Johnny I forgot your last name Crain Kia u now have a life long customer from me because of your service manger that guy is one heck of guy very professional, and all around a great guy! Johnny thank you! Guys I had 7 children with me!! Reason is I was taking them to the trampoline place after my service and like I said I live one hour away Johnny with out pause made my stressful day awesome I’m am beyond grateful to know their is still good caring people out there!! Very friendly,, proffessional humans. They went out of their way to bring a vehicle from one of their other lots for me to test drive. They answered every question (and I had a LOT).
