I probably will never come back to Crain Kia Conway. They have tried to get out of doing oils changes & fixing my window. My window was chipped when purchased the jeep . It was written on the IOU paperwork b have tried to get out of doing oils changes & fixing my window. My window was chipped when purchased the jeep . It was written on the IOU paperwork but when it appeared to be more difficult than a simple fix they tried to make me responsible for the whole window. Just the other day they tried to charge me for a oil change when I am supposed to have a maintenance package in my contract. But xxxx what the customers says right? And don’t get me wrong they have tried to make it right but it’s the fact that I’ve had to say something and the fact they have tried to get over on me TWICE.
