Went over the process of how they operated and what I could expect from them. He kept me up to date on the warranty situation and the repair work that was being done. I believe I have found somewhere I can trust, and in today's world, that's gold. More

Confusing. This is a great dealership with the folks I have dealt with in the past. This last purchase I'm having trouble getting my requested filled and complet This is a great dealership with the folks I have dealt with in the past. This last purchase I'm having trouble getting my requested filled and completed. I had 4 request on my last purchase to be fixed or filled. I requested a pin stripe to be put on. This was completed. Looks good! I requested floor mats for my purchase. Haven't heard a word from the person I bought from about them. I requested 2 small dents to be pulled and fixed on my purchase. Nothing has been done. Lastly I asked that the white letters on the tires to be turned out on my purchase. This was completed at the same time the pin stripe was done. But now I have a set of wheels with large scratches and chips on them. They look awful. Not what I was expecting from this dealership. I have made a few calls back to talk to sales, but with no luck. I will continue to call until I have these requested filled and fixed. This was our agreement on the day of the sale. More
