My previous experience and having Robert Smithers assisted me with my selection & guidance is the reason I purchased my new vehicle from Crescent Ford. Three Service Dept Employess Failed me miserable I called to get a quote and to ask questions about the part I was going to need. I was quoted approx $500 for what I need and that was installed prici I called to get a quote and to ask questions about the part I was going to need. I was quoted approx $500 for what I need and that was installed pricing. I was told to make my appointment ahead of time because the part is not a stock item. I educated myself on what I needed to do. I had my facts Less than 2 weeks later I called to make the appoint. I explained to the girl the part had to be ordered ahead of time, its not a stock item. I arrive on time. Brandon Price proceeded to tell me that whoever quoted me way underquoted because it was going to be much more than the approx $500. In fact he stood there for 30 minutes running his mouth trying to tell me all he knew and that apparently I didn't know what I was talking about. I finally told Brandon that I wanted the work done that I had come in there to get down and just make it happen. He called someone.. guess what NO PART WAS ORDERED. I went storming out of the building. A call to the service manager only confirmed to me that he was going to support and lie for Wendy and Brandon although neither one did their jobs and failed to get my car fixed. Turns out the man that quoted me several weeks before was indeed the service manager himself and he confirmed the quote that he first quoted me 2 weeks earlier. Brandon was apparently trying his best to get more money out of me by overcharging me when in fact IT WAS HIS BOSS that quoted me the repair cost. I asked Doug the service manager why Wendy didn't order the part.. His answer... I don't know. Why did Brandon try to over charge me I DON"T KNOW. Without a doubt the worst customer service EVER. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CRESCENT FORD. They do not have adequate employees Oh by the way, Hap O'Hair called me to say that Wendy didn't have the authorization to order my part. The service manager Doug said she did. HAP LIED TO ME ?????????? Why ???????????? That means 4 people failed me today. All 4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
