Most of them were pushy and demanding... even argumentative when I asked for a few minutes to orient myself on my arrival. When I told David that I wanted to look around for a few minutes first, he did exactly what I asked. He came back to me later to see if I needed help with anything and he really made me feel at home. He was so polite and informative. I was very pleased to do business with him. I went into the day feeling rather stressed due to a tight budget and a recent car accident; but by the end of the day I was enjoying myself and I was very happy to drive away in my Ford Fiesta that evening. Benny Linker, takes the cake and is an awesome, caring man who knows what he is doing! I appreciate that he was no nonsense and he did not pressure us into anything either. He is very sweet and I feel blessed to have met him through this process. Kim Cecil was great too for the financing piece of the process, no nonsense and no pressure, but professional and honest. You couldn't ask for more straight forward people than these dedicated staff at Cresent Ford. I appreciate the entire process and I am looking forward to trading in my car when that time arrives.
