My experience at Crescent Ford was phenomenal! I walked on the lot just looking for guidance and hoping to get some answers on the New F150s. The lot had low inventory due to the chip shortages but I worke on the lot just looking for guidance and hoping to get some answers on the New F150s. The lot had low inventory due to the chip shortages but I worked directly with salesman Jerry Bowen for about 2 weeks to locate a truck at a dealership near Charlotte, NC. Jerry was able to make the magic happen and have them swap for something on the Crescent lot. Jerry is very flexible to work a deal over phone calls, texting, and emails without hesitation. I talked to many dealerships that wouldn't do that at all and easily lost my business. The truck was my dream truck and it would not have happened without Jerry and the team at Crescent! Would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle work with the Crescent team. More
