Great Experence My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for several months. Salesman, Dave Bacorn, have met us several weeks ago to test drive a vehicle. Afte My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for several months. Salesman, Dave Bacorn, have met us several weeks ago to test drive a vehicle. After the initial drive, we were impress with his demeanor and pleasant candor topic about vehicles. The initial vehicle test did not warrant us taking the next step and we left with Dave business card. Over the weekend, Crescent Ford posted an internet ad of a 2014 vehicle that appeared to be what I was looking for. We drove onto the site on Sunday but could not locate the vehicle that was posted. I call Monday am and ask where the vehicle was and Dave told me that they can get it ready for test drive. I was at work and I asked my wife to take a look at the vehicle. Dave also sent me pictures of the vehicle. Both the picture of the vehicle and my wife comments about the vehicle garner enough interest to have me to test drive the vehicle the same day. Your staff prep the vehicle well enough for me and my wife to test drive it. After test drive and spot checks, my wife and I love the vehicle and proceed to purchase it. Dave Bacorn made our experience very casual and simple. My wife and I love the entire process. Other dealer locations we have been to did not provide similar experience. More

Less than impressed this time. It appeared no precautions were being taken for COVID-19. This surprised me this far into this (3/27). Our business is almost completely shut down as It appeared no precautions were being taken for COVID-19. This surprised me this far into this (3/27). Our business is almost completely shut down as a result so I waited outside in the parking lot. I reported that after a recent camshaft sensor repair that mileage seemed to drop 2 mpg. I just asked for validation if this was correct or a bad assumption on my part. I assumed a computer hookup would validate or refute. Date pre-repair/mpg/date post-repair/mpg. On ticket but zeroed out, tech didn't check as i asked him in the parking lot what he found and he was unaware. The scheduled service and recall work done was perfect tho. More
