I called crest because the dealership on my side of town was not honest with me. And failed to meet my reasonable needs. I buy a Cadillac because there is a certain type of service that comes with buying a was not honest with me. And failed to meet my reasonable needs. Car was not washed, brakes were looked at stated nothing wrong, but still making loud noise.
